THIS WAS HIS 15TH MURDER IN THIS SERIES OF MURDERS

Billy Tracey, the psychopathic killer who had forced the West Yorkshire police to charge a lunatic copycat killer, Peter Sutcliffe with all his murders because he knew that he was untouchable and out of their reach needed to put two fingers up to the West Yorkshire police to ensure that they knew that they didnt get him.

After Sutcliffe’s appeal was rejected by the law lords Tracey knew that as far as British justice was concerned the Ripper murders were solved for good. He was guaranteed by that decision to forever remain innocent of them no matter who accused him. Within two days he had arranged to travel to England to murder in order to give that message loud and clearly to the police.

He selected the Congleton carnival, a place outside the boundary of Yorkshire and Manchester and he travelled with an Irish prison officer who was gay and who could be relied upon to give him clearance through any police or custom checks. Tracey would no doubt provide him with a place where he could find a rent boy while he would go and do the business that brought him to England.

The following articles in the Congleton Chronicle outline the case that followed and the arrest and stitch up of an innocent boy. I have been unable to sit and document this killing and stitch up because of the pain it brought to the parents of the victim and the responsibility it placed on my shoulders. I will leave it to the reader to think about it and consider the reported evidence.
